YIBIN, China, Sept. 28, 2026 - Tinghua Liquor has obtained patent recognition in both Europe and the United States for its proprietary Dual Activation technology, a development the company says could change how the beverage industry approaches alcohol production.

The technology is designed to reduce the adverse effects commonly associated with drinking, according to the company. While traditional brewing and distillation methods have changed little over centuries, Tinghua's approach focuses on altering the interaction between alcohol and the human body at a molecular level.

Company representatives stated that the Dual Activation process works through two distinct mechanisms. The first targets the rate at which alcohol enters the bloodstream, while the second aims to support the body's natural metabolic response. Together, these steps are intended to lessen the intensity of common aftereffects such as headaches, nausea, and prolonged fatigue.

The patents granted in Europe and the United States cover the core scientific processes behind the technology.
